As we know the Iron Man MK5 helmet features miniature plates. The point of making this helmet is to achieve the ways they rise and close.
With over 12 months of designing and 4 months of redesigning the structure for both electric assembles and model buildings. We finally completed the eventual iron man mk5 helmet. The one you see in this video is a sample, it’s not for sale but only for demonstration. Each of the helmets in the further production will be the same as this one:
Material: ABS plastic.
Painting: Chromed Paint
Totally 35 pieces assembled. 6 servos installed, 2 boards and 3 CPUs work as the code’s demanded procedure.
Size: it fits up to 23.5 inches head circumference
Eye lights are changeable between white and red.
Functions: Eye lights, Jarvis greetings, faceplates opening and closing, metal sound, voice control operation.
Each helmet comes with 3 methods to control the faceplates: remote control, voice control, and touch sensor control.
Need to buy 4 pieces of AA batteries separately
